FAQ
1 - What is the material used for the creation of the objects?
This is a material which consists of a mixture made from gypsum (plaster stone) and an acrylic component . It was in 1984 that Peter Hawkins invented this solution, which was presented at the time as an alternative to resin-based materials such as fiberglass, polyester and poured concrete.
2 - Is it safe for humans and the environment?
Fire resistant in class ‘0’ with reduced density and smoke toxicity. Water-based and solvent-free, it is more environmentally friendly.
3 - How will your orders be packaged?
The packaging of your parcels is one of our priorities, that each customer receives his order in good and due form is an obligation that we have towards our customers. Your order will be prepared with delicacy and all the necessary protections. We will put inside each package, bubble wrap, kraft paper, particles of wedges as well as wood crimps without any supplement on your part.
4 - How long will it take for your order to be prepared for delivery?
Once your order has been placed on our website, it will be checked and prepared within 48 hours maximum. If we are late for personal reasons, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. The preparation also concerns the packaging and affixing the shipping label.
5 - What is the carrier for your order? The deadline? The price?
When you order online, you have two choices:
- i.e. an order less than 50 euros, then the FDP will be 5 euros
- or an order greater than 50 euros and in this case the shipping costs will be free.
Following receipt of your order, you will be able to choose a shipment by Colissimo or by Mondial Relay at no additional cost from you, we will get in touch with you in order to choose your chosen carrier.
6 - What are the delivery methods accepted on our site?
We accept Paypal payments as well as traditional CB payments. Soon a method of payment on site will be available thanks to the SumUp box as well as the withdrawal of goods on site, in order to limit the costs incurred by sending parcels.
7 - Your order unfortunately arrives broken, how to proceed?
The procedure is simple, in this case we ask you to send an email with proof of purchase as well as a photo of the damaged goods and the package itself. Subject to acceptance of your return, we will refund you. Returns are limited to a period of 30 days after acceptance of the order.
8 - Is it possible to personalize the objects with specific colors or effects?
It is quite possible to make custom creations, within the limits of what is possible after exchange by email and acceptance of the project.

9 - A loyalty system will be set up on the website?
So the answer is hopefully yes, the links with our customers are essential, it is for this reason that we would like to set up a loyalty system to thank our customers for supporting us.
